Detailed Description

Delivered by Simon Tunley (University of Sussex Head Coach) with support from England Squash.

An action packed day of squash coaching for a range of abilities from beginner to county standard.  Participants will work on technical skills, match strategy and there will be plenty of opportunities for matches and fun competitions too.

The session will take place at the University of Sussex Sportcentre.

Day pass = £33
