Join us for a crystal singing bowls sound bath. This is a passive and immersive meditation experience. No effort or previous meditation experience is necessary, the vibrations of the singing bowls will wash over and through your body, creating an environment that promotes deep relaxation for your mind and body. Allowing your body and mind to release stress and regulate your nervous system.
