Join us for Saturday morning yoga at the Active Arches. These classes are nurturing, empowering and suitable for all abilities. Yoga is for everyone. Focusing on breath to calm the mind, movement to release tension in the body, creating strength and flexibility and finishing with a deep relaxation which will leave you feeling centred, peaceful and refreshed.
