These rooms are located in the Swanborough building, less than 0.1 miles from the conference centre. 4-7 rooms share a communal kitchen with basic facilities and a towel and bedding are provided.

Swanborough Accommodation consists of single bedroom units in non-smoking flats with en-suite bathrooms. The flats are comprised of [ 6 ] to [ 7 ] bedrooms, and each flat has a shared communal kitchen/dining/living area.

Bedding will be provided and consists of a duvet, duvet cover, pillow, pillow case, a towel, and bed sheet.

Cleaning consists of an Exit Clean only (no linen change during the stay).
