Join Clare from Abhaya yoga for a journey through the subtle energy system (chakras) in your body from the yoga philosophy. Using meditation, breathwork and crystal singing bowls I will facilitate your deep relaxation giving you the opportunity to find your way back to your innate inner peace. We'll start with some breathing, a gentle stretch and then you can relax and rest as I take you on a journey of sound.
