Detailed Description

Delivered by Simon Tunley (University of Sussex Head Coach) with support from England Squash. Squash coaching for a range of abilities from beginner to county standard.

Participants will work on technical skills (stroke play, movement mechanics and positional play), match strategy and there will be plenty of opportunities for matches and fun competitions too.

Day pass = £33

Sessions take place at the University of Sussex Sport Centre.  All playing and safety equipment provided.
