Detailed Description

Our wellbeing sessions are for everyone to come and enjoy themselves. These sessions are casual and you can come along with your friends or even meet new friends for the first time. All you need to do is bring your confirmation email and some sport clothes and we will do the rest.

The route will be signposted throughout and we will have staff marshals along the run to make sure you feel safe and cheered on.

You will learn the route of the local boundary so you can use it in future to escape your desk for an hour!
