Detailed Description
Shaolin Kung Fu has been taught at the University of Sussex for thirty years and is rooted in the traditional martial arts practised in China. Members study under the guidance of Sifu Matt Gross, who is a 5th degree blackbelt.
Regular training will improve your fitness, flexibility and strength, whilst also helping you to develop valuable self defence skills. Kung fu is also great for mental focus, mindfulness and stress management.
Classes should be booked in advance. Beginners and more experienced martial artists are welcome any time.
