Detailed Description
Shaolin Kung Fu has been taught at Sussex University for thirty years and is rooted in the traditional martial arts practised in China. Members study under the guidance of Sifu Matt Gross, who is a 5th degree blackbelt.
Regular training will improve your fitness, flexibility and strength, while also providing you with valuable self-defence skills. Kung fu is also great for mental focus, mindfulness and stress management.
Sessions must be booked in advance and all participants must come dressed in appropriate clothing.
