Detailed Description

A dedicated event bringing together healthcare and allied professionals to collaborate and enhance care for individuals ageing with HIV.

This interactive meeting will feature case presentations, expert lectures, panel discussions and a geriatrics in action session, all designed to foster meaningful dialogue and practical learning.

The event will bring together a multidisciplinary audience including HIV clinicians, geriatricians, nurses, physiotherapists, statisticians, clinical academics, and basic scientists. Whether working directly in patient care or conducting vital research, attendees will benefit from a collaborative environment focused on improving care outcomes and quality of life for people living with HIV as they age.

This is the second annual Ageing&HIV meeting, a series which has been developed to address a recognised need among clinicians and researchers for a specialised forum to explore the intersection of HIV and ageing. We look forward to welcoming participants from across the UK to contribute to enhancing the future of care in this evolving field.

This event has been approved by the Federation of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the United Kingdom for 6 category 1 (external) CPD credits.
