Even though it is right on our doorstep, the magnificent Sussex countryside can often be overlooked by students because it is not always easy to access by public transport. With this trip you can reach all of the best places in the local countryside including the beautiful coastline and the South Downs National Park in the comfort of our private coach. Our expert local guide, Glenda, will lead the trip and she is full of information about all of the places we shall visit.
The stops throughout the day will include the cobbled streets of Rottingdean, the dramatic cliffs of Beachy Head and the Seven Sisters, the seaside town of Eastbourne and the historic Pevensey Castle, before finishing at the quintessentially English village of Alfriston, located in the valley of the River Cuckmere. Here you will have free time to wander through the old streets, explore the lovely ancient church and even try a traditional English cream tea if you want.
Ticket price includes: travel by coach and specialist tour guide. Food is not included though plenty of food and drink options will be available to purchase during a stop for lunch and later in Alfriston. Alternatively, you can bring your own packed lunch.
